Terms and Conditions

Royal Kustoms prides itself on providing the best quality products. To ensure this, the following terms and conditions apply:

Allow 2-4 weeks for completion of all apparel/accessories (the purchase of multiple items could increase production time which will be estimated at time of purchase).
Allow 6-8 weeks for completion of all crocheted items (the purchase of multiple items could increase the production time, which will be estimated at time of purchase).
Photos will be provided throughout production for progress updates (at customer request).
Payment in full payment is due before production starts. A payment arrangement can be made but must be satisfied before start of production or an additional fee may be applied.
Should an item need to be shipped, ETA will be provided to customer at time of shipping.
Shipping will be done using USPS unless requested to be shipped using other means (UPS/Fedex or Express shipping may increase the total cost of items purchased at which time an additional invoice would be sent to be paid upon receipt.)

Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy are as follows:

A paid return label will be provided with every item.
Returns are welcome, if not satisfied, within 15 days after receiving product for a full refund minus any shipping fees.
Item(s) must be unworn and show no sign of damage, unless returning due to damage or receiving the incorrect product upon receipt.
If a return is needed, reach out to us via WhatsApp or the Contact Us page with your invoice number (including a reason for return is always helpful) and utilize the provided return label in order to initiate your refund.
Refunds will be issued back to the form of payment used.
